In April 2011, a meeting of the Council for Promotion of Foreign Investment of the Government of Samara Region was held within the frameworks of Investor Days, devoted to the issues of implementation of strategic projects in the region, promotion of export-oriented products of the local companies to the global markets, attracting foreign investment to the region.
