CJSC "Investment Company "Troika Dialog" is the oldest and largest private investment bank in the CIS. Throughout its 20-year history, the company has consistently demonstrated market leadership in the core lines of its business: capital markets, investment banking, asset management, alternative investments, and personal investments and finance.

Troika Dialog is focused on the immense opportunities in Russia and other CIS markets, and making sure that both domestic and international investors have access to those opportunities. The company helped establish Russia's stock and bond markets as they started in the early 1990s.

Troika Dialog has been pioneer of the Russian venture capital since the federal Government launched the state program of establishing public-private partnerships in the innovation sector. In 2006-2007 it was mandated to manage 3 regional VC funds – in Tatarstan, Krasnoyarsk, and Moscow Region. Troika Dialog is one of the undisputed market leaders by assets under management – over US$ 1.2 billion rubles as at the beginning of 2008.

In January 2012, Sberbank and Troika Dialog announced the closure of the deal to merge the two companies, set to create the largest universal banking institution in Russia. As part of the integration, a Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) is being created to service the largest Russian and foreign corporations and financial institutes. The second area of business created as a result of the integration is Wealth Management. This will sell investment products to private clients, including asset management and private banking.
